Its a replacer so place goodlooking piper v1.esp between Z_Horizon_DLC_All.esp & Z_Horizon_DEFUI.esp
Download the replacer version.
When you first encounter piper there is a clipping issue with her hair and her hat this is down to the original mod author. Just remove the hat :)
Immersive Wastelanders
Replacer so place IW*****.esp between Z_Horizon_DLC_All.esp & Z_Horizon_DEFUI.esp
8 to choose from you can have keke AIO as a base and use these ones after just make sure IW****.esp is loaded after the keke esp
Looks menu customization compendium.esp needs to be loaded inbetween Z_Architect_Extras.esp and Z_Architect_CaravanRobots.esp

Replacer so place LovingCait.esp between Z_Horizon_DLC_All.esp & Z_Horizon_DEFUI.esp
Sexy Hancock
Replacer so place Edit_Hancock.esp between Z_Horizon_DLC_All.esp & Z_Horizon_DEFUI.esp
Feel free to install "warm" coat or not up to you.
True Reporter Download 2.1
Place TrueReporter.esp between Z_Horizon_DLC_All.esp & Z_Horizon_DEFUI.esp.
Piper will be wearing one variant and you can craft all 3 in universal workbench with 10 Tailoring and 40 leadership.
Piper will also be wearing a pipboy a reporter would have one right? anyways it will only replace her gear if its a new game
Valentine Reborn & Truly Unique Nick
Download Valentine reborn install as normal (any eye colour) then download Truly Unique Nick, on the install select Valentine Reborn then select Horizon then install my replacer patch select merge on install.
Place Truly Unique Nick - VR+Horizon.esp between Z_Horizon_DLC_All.esp & Z_Horizon_DEFUI.esp
