Sorting, so you can quickly find settlers with the best specials
I'm playing with a Razer Tartarus Pro. To use it's analog key functionality (so movement speed scales with applied pressure), I need to activate Buffout 4's controller/keyboard autoswitch tweak (since Tartarus analog keys are basically an XBOX analog stick)
Now I'm having the issue, that if I open the SS2 Settlers UI while my Tartarus is plugged in, the mouse cursor disappears and it's nearly impossible to navigate the UI. I would have to plug the Tartarus out before opening the UI so the cursor won't disappear. This is kind of tedious. Is there any fix for the cursor disappearing?
I reported this in bugs, but does anyone have any ideas why L3/R3 on an xbox would stop working for this mod? They both work fine with other mods, just not this one. They were working prior to my current playthrough, so I assumed it was a new mod. I removed all but SS2 and this mod, still no good. What is odd is that if I unplug the controller it begins working using mouse/keyboard. I wish we had source on this, I'd love to change the inputs to L1/R1 just to see. Even better would be if the mod author could make it configurable somehow.
Edit: After days of troubleshooting, I did the obvious and re-installed this mod. That's when my antivirus popped and detected the f4se DLL in this mod as a threat and deleted it. My fix was to disable AV, install, then set an exclusion on PlotUI.dll. It's been fine for months, so I have no idea why my AV, which is ESET chose to flag it now.
I am not sure if this is possible or actually even if the mod author is still active, but now since the chapter 3 is out, it would be absolutely amazing to have something similar to manage the troops.
I guess it would be too much to cram into one table with standard settler info, so perhaps a separate inventory item or maybe even standalone plugin/mod, but having the possibility to see what rank my soldiers are for that specific outpost, where in blazes they actually are and being able to summon them and e.g. send them to HQ based on rank would be an absolute godsend.
There is a small error in the German version (sorry, my mistake): Open <mod-directory>\Interface\Translations\SS2UI_de.txt in an editor, e.g. Notepad - not Wordpad! - and replace the 1st line with $SETTLEMENTINFO Settlement InfoThis looks exactly like what it says, but in the existing line the 1st character is an invisible control character that prevents the mod from interpreting the variable "$SETTLEMENTINFO" correctly. Don't forget to save afterwards!
I love the idea of this mod, but I'm having a weird issue where I can't exit the menu? Should I be able to click on the exit button or use tab or escape? I've tried all of those and I'm not frozen, I just can't get out of it.
is it possible to add the ability to see which one of the settlers is sick? Combined with mods like Alias-settlers, it will make it easier to find them instead of manually checking everyone to see their happiness on the ss2 hud.
