   Brilliant! could you please share how you recreate locations ? also, how do you copy / paste buildings with interior cells anywhere ? plz let me know.

      Does not works at all. I imported the blueprint through holotape near an empty area of Nipton but i was teleported back to Commonwealth. Just want to copy paste all buildings with teleport interiors, into the lands of Mojave as it is very empty.

      These blueprints work only for specific settlements, specifically my bluiprint for the «Egret Tours Marina». And in general, this is only possible in the Commonwealth/DLCs settlements.
      In the description of the mod «Transfer Settlements - Shareable Settlement Blueprints» everything is described in more detail.

   awesome, is there any problems with simply swapping out the esp? or should I deconstruct the settlement and then just restart it from scratch?
   Also I guess what was changed?

      No, I don't think there will be any problems with the esp.
