Behold! An Anti-Materiel Gauss Rifle.

The HH-Tools heavy-duty Electromagnetic Mass Driver is built for the express purpose of industrial use, from shooting off the slag off a kiln, to boring holes within rocks as an alternative to drills. It inspired the use of Gauss Rifles for man-portable use by the Military, culminating into the Gauss-Rifle Prototype, and eventually the mass-produced ones.

Found in many industrial settings, typically mounted on robotic arms or on vehicles that are able to handle the stress, but there are crafty wastelanders such as the Rust-Devils have modified it into man-portable use to varying degrees of effectiveness.

> Integrated in the Leveled List. Can be spawned in the hands of Rust-Devils and Gunners, and within Legendary loot pool!
> Adds a new type of Rust-Devil, those in power-armor called Juggernauts.
> Scavenge Manuals and Magazines around the Commonwealth to unlock more attachments!
> Requires 8 Strength, else will reduce accuracy and increase weapon bloom. Charged shots will also stagger.
> Holotape with Weapon Lore! (Info must be unlocked by acquiring Manuals and Magazines!)
> Four new Automatron Weapons!

Known Issues:

 > Firing in Third Person and Automatic Receiver, while crouching, doubles fire-rate.
 > Explosive Damage is Bloated, and will deal damage beyond what the Stat Card does, when you start upgrading it. This is why Explosive Legendary is removed, except on very rare drops.
 > Explosive Scale Bonuses also affects grenades. This is particularly broken with maximum charge between +21%, to +55%, that also stacks with Demolition Expert, resulting with insane AOE. But with how the engine boosts it, having to enjoy 21% to +55% AOE bonus means you keep your EMD charged and never used, with your grenades mained.
