So the gun is super cool and for the most part works great. However strangely enough when I fire it my barrel shoots downward as if the recoil is operating in reverse. Is this intended or?

I can't seem to find it in the Chem lab, I looked everywhere! couldn't find the unique version in Diamond City and there's no console command code! is the mod broken, or is it me? please let me know when you can, thank you! it's a nice looking rifle, I hope to try it out :)

I could just be microwaved, but I can't make suppressors or lasers. I have all the listed perks/materials, but it still says I'm missing some requirements.
I remember playing with this mod on xbox and it was the best sniper I've had on that game , but then I open the game back up after a good while and its just gone . idk if I missed something that happened with the creator/porter but now I don't even want to play the game anymore and that sucks
