- Converted the LUT library to a resolution of 4096 x 64 (before: 256 x 16) on the basis of TreyM's Base LUTs (sRGB - Rec.709) to make the color conversion more accurate / this should not affect perfomance at all

- Adjusted adaption to be more realistic (slower) and avoid fast switches (mentioned by Nas00)
- Implemented a tool for screenarchery (thanks to Wolrajh) that allows setting the focal point (from depth of field) anywhere on the screen, not just on the middle. Therefor the autofocus can now be toggled (see Tips and Tricks section for usage).
