Defeat the ghouls? What ghouls? All I saw was the red truck but the game doesn't think this is a settlement. If you have any suggestions, please let me know. Thanks.

Won't be an issue once i get Place Everywhere installed but it seems the settlement boundary ends about a foot and a half above the surface of the road, making it impossible to place objects on the ground without placing foundations first. This happens without PRP installed as well.

Love the idea, and such a cool choice using the car as the workshop! Quite a few of your mods have made their way into my LO this week :)

That's a nice little spot. Next you can to put a settlement where all those gunners keep walking through and put out lots of turrets. Show up occasionally to gather some gear. :)

Are there any good visitor-type mods independent of Sim Settlements? I already have NPC's travel but that's just the occasional patrol or hunter type.

I like this space. I often make a small little safe haven in the sheds to the left of this image.
In survival, you need all the spaces you can get to keep going.

Next up... Bridge Settlement for a destitute outcast raider

I like small strategical places for settlements and this one is a hell of a good one. Thanks!

Thanks for the mod. I combined it with your toll gate mod and made a nice little junk settlement. I also built a beacon but no settlers are arriving. When using FCOM to spawn in troops and set them as settlers, the Bridge settlement doesn't appear on the list, so I can't send anyone to live there either. Was this settlement meant to have NPCs be assignable or is there a bug somewhere?

Maybe change the load order in case something else interferes

I put the mod on the bottom of my load order, after Winter Redone, PRP, Commonwealth Pines and the patches for them. The area started going haywire, but it has appeared under the Workshop tab as ''The Bridge'' while the previous name was just ''Commonwealth.'' Putting the esp above the aforementioned mods stops the ground and other things from disappearing, but the name reverts back to ''Commonwealth.''

So I'm guessing this mod messes with Winter Redone or PRP.

Finally a fitting abode for my boy Strong. Now he can collect fees and trinkets from passing wastelanders, raiders, and other mutated vagabonds.
