Interrupts the bashing animation, as, odds are, you're trying to perform a grab or kill-move anyway. This doesn't change the odds of a grab or kill-move (see recommended).
No plugin. Safe to add/remove whenever.
Inspiration: Hitting somebody in the back of the head when hoping for a neck-stab or neckbreaker is really annoying, since it alerts everybody. Now you don't have to get stuck in a bash animation when going for a grab or finisher.
