    I have an issue where the animation will play but the NPC will not react and continue fighting.

      It’s a conflict with another mod. Not sure which, but I’ve experienced it before. Gotta root out other mods until finding the culprit.

      Same issue in base game. Simple Combat Grabs also stops working for that particular NPC that stops fighting

      having this issue now, dont see any likely culprits not sure how to get to the bottom of this. would LOVE to make use of this mod :(

    Quick question: does this mode work with Simple dodge? F.e. if I download a "random" version of this mode, can I dodge with directional imputs but get a random grab performing a "standing" bash?

      i cant seem to get these 2 working together , installed properly and as suggested to use both, dodge works perfectly however cant seem to get simple combat grabs to work, or kill moves. couldnt be closer to the enemy.

    Any chance you could make a version that removes the standing still shove? It makes it impossible to trigger normal kill moves, since it hijacks the bash for the shove. It also seems like the shove doesn't count as a stagger for the simple kill moves to take over, or at least the animation lock is too long to take advantage of it. Thanks!

      Nevermind, I went into xEdit and deleted the paired0 entry in the mod (listed as using the shove animation with 0 directional movement, for others' reference) and now there is no shove, but without directional inputs i can easily and readily trigger the killing moves. Thanks!

    good afternoon, sorry, I already described the bug that I have when I try to grab an enemy and it starts to slide and even float, it happens when I activate this mod. Although I still don't know if it will be related to any animation or similar.

    edit: I already described what it was, the error was due to a miscellaneous file of simple killmoves (Finishers Speed)
    Somehow this file caused the sliding animation when pushing simple combat grab to be so long that it made the characters float (I don't know why) but when I uninstalled it worked normal again.

      I have same issue, i used to use all of "simple" mods but when i encountered this i disabled each one and even with just combat grabs alone i have same issue, whenever i use grab on enemy they slide and then freeze mid air they can die but after that their bodies lose collision and i cant loot them

      That’s interesting, haven’t encountered that one. Are you using the high FPS fix?

      No FPS fixes but i found the culprit, it wasn't your mod so sorry for trouble m8. Mod that did it was MW2022 - Taq-56, i forgot to download its update and apparently base mod was causing what i described, who would've thought gun mod would do that... But i found issue that actually has to do with your mod is that different push animation makes enemy float/slide for few seconds in direction they were pushed in, strange because in my case animation of pushing from main file works fine and is not so slidey.

      afaik that shove always has a weirdness to it, like a "sliding" effect (which is why I tried swapping the animation out with something lengthier).

      In my case one from base mod is fine, lenghtier is causing the funny float thing but its fine and the mod works and i love it, i always wanted to be able to perform these animations my self instead of game playing them randomly ^^.
      So tldr, very cool mod man and sorry again for the mislead.

      Load it later in your plugins list, there's a conflict.

      He is at the end of the list. In normal game mode, everything works. Simple Killmoves - Resident Evil Style Finishers also don't work in survival mode.
