Amazing kit and I love the little settlement... I turned it into a floating solar panel farm lol.
Only note - I think they would benefit from their own menu, given the nautical intention while the rest of the wood build items are meant for land use.
Excellent, but it would be really useful to have them appear after not before the standard shack floors. Since the later is utilized far more often, these become an annoyance as you must constantly scroll through them when not building on the water.
I've been playing with it a little since I downloaded the mod a couple of days ago, and I'm enjoying the build very much.
I do have two questions, however.
Firstly, I'm at the stage where I'm adding settlers, and I'm struggling to stop them falling through the planking and getting lost in the water, which makes it a bit difficult to assign them to jobs.
I realise this is an issue with many locations in F04, but I was wondering if there was a simple solution to the issue that I don't know about?
Secondly, and related, is there any way to help the provisioner ( I use SS1 with IDEK's Logistics ) not get her feet wet?
I built an isthmus from the nearest shore point, but she doesn't use it.
Any advice would be appreciated, but for now, please let me thank you for making so many splendid mods that truly enhance the game.
I uploaded a couple of photos of the work in progress.
If I'm right, the issue is that the game loads settlers before it loads any alterations to the landscape, which is obviously something that can't be changed.
Ah well, not a big deal.
This is a playthrough where I completed the main questline stories in October of last year, so I was quite happy making the refinery actually operational, with the building housing four of the oil miners from Darklord's Factory Add-ons Miners Refineries and Assemblers.
Once again, thank you for all your efforts. It is thanks to you and the other members of the modding community that FO4 remains an absorbing game getting on for eight years after its release. It is appreciated.
Havent tried the mod yet but just wanted to sound out a thank you for single-handedly propping up the settlement-building aspect of mods so much. You're a legend dude
If I had to guess, the answer is probably yes, but they'd then be forced to swim out to the new settlement, like if you assigned a provisioner to or from Spectacle Island. So, a Ghoul to soak up all the rads while swimming would be the wisest choice.

Otherwise, another great mod from your even greater mind. Thanks!
