[Q&A] Q: Why? A: We know explosive legendary is OP. Q: ESL/ESPFE? A: Do you think it's easy? If so, that means you can do it yourself. Not rude, I'm lazy.
For now this mod works like first aid (if you want it). Also I'm currently working on more advanced mods related to explosive legendary, it will be called "Nerfed Top Tier Legendaries". Here!: Legalized Top Tier Legendary Effects e.g.
Explosive Explosion radius reduced by 33%, base damage reduced from 15 to 10, light has been removed, and no longer causes water splash explosions. Explosions no longer deal extra damage to limbs. Each weapon deals different explosion damage. In Game: "Bullets explode on impact doing X points area effect damage. (semi-auto=10, full-auto=6.6, shotgun/minigun=3.3)".
