About this mod

If you've played FO4 a few times, you may have noticed that these legendary effects make the game boring. These should be nerfed for game balance, but this mod aims to do that in an interesting way, not just nerfing. All tweaks were released separately so you can install only what you want.

Explosive
Explosion radius reduced by 33%, base damage reduced from 15 to 10, light has been removed, and no longer causes water splash explosions.
Explosions no longer deal extra damage to limbs.
Each weapon deals different explosion damage. 

In Game: "Bullets explode on impact doing X points area effect damage. (semi-auto=10, full-auto=6.6, shotgun/minigun=3.3)".


Furious (+ Splattercannon & The Problem Solver)
Each weapon has a different consecutive hit damage multiplier, capped at 2x. (Or you can install the uncapped version.)
In Game: "+X% Damage after each consecutive hit on the same target. (any melee=15%, semi-auto=6%, full-auto=3%)".
;Nuka World DLC is not required.


Wounding

Each weapon deals different bleeding damage. Energy weapon splitter modules count as shotguns.
In Game: "Targets bleed for X points of additional damage. (2h melee=24, 1h melee/semi-auto=18, full-auto/shotgun=12, minigun/gatling laser=6)".

Kneecapper

Each weapon deals different limb damage to leg. (100 means crippled.) Limb damage is only dealt to one leg of the target, and when crippled it is dealt to the other leg.
In Game: "50% chance to deal X points of damage to target's one leg. (2h melee=50, 1h melee/semi-auto/shotgun=33.4, full-auto/minigun/gatling laser=20)".

Deadeye

Slow time duration has been halved. (3s to 1.5s.)

Two Shot

Damage/spread/recoil has been halved. (Still 25% more effective than Mighty Legendary as long as two bullets hit.)

Here's what Two Shot does in vanilla games: "+150% spread, +100% recoil, +100% base weapon damage, +1 projectile (i.e. Split it into 50% and 50%.)"
In short, it wasn't an extra bullet or double damage, it gives a damage boost and a shotgun mechanic.




All tweaks were released separately so you can install only what you want.
This mod conflicts with mods that edit legendary effects, but it is possible to overwrite parts of other legendary effect mods with this mod.
This mod doesn't focus on buffs, so I don't want to discuss
poisoner legendary or Incendiary legendary here.
This mod is compatible with Demolition Expert Excludes Explosive Legendary. If you feel that explosive legendary is still OP, use this.
This mod includes Explosive Bullet Without Extra Limb Damage. If you're a SPID user, you can still use this for nerfing the turret's explosive bullets.
