Craft the holotape for STS in the chem station, use it and go to patches, turn on the tactical reload patch, this will fix not being able to A. Reload in first person without emptying the mag, B. Having to go into 3P to manually reload the gun
I got the workaround for this, but it made the game crash after few minutes. So you need to download the Caliber Complex patches (https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/50261) , it converted the custom ammo round for this weapon with the caliber complex one. Then you download BAP - True Damage - Caliber complex (https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/74469?tab=files) it changes the damage value for Caliber Complex ammo. It worked for couple of minutes, but it crashed after i add some attachments for the weapon and tried to shoot it
Alright, i tried another workaround for this and so far it works. Using the FO4Edit i changed the caliber from this mod's 7.62 to vanilla .308, use this video as tutorial https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8jVHAUakopI, the tutorial starts on 3:00.
