Version 4.4a
- New: If "-Mod" commandline option has no modname then scan all User Mods (ignore Base Game, DLCs, PRP, UFO4P).
- Fix: "-Opt" & "-Full" commandline options included Cell Precheck (option 20) when they shouldn't. Now Precheck can be added by appending "-Reg".
- Fix: Don't report faulty LAND record VCI1 on Base Game (should only be reported if "Ignore Fallout4.esm and DLCs Issues" is disabled)

Version 4.3b
- Fix Minor spelling mistakes in GUI.
- Don't warn of "has disabled Previsbines (no PCMB), yet has Precombines (XCRI)" if Master was like this anyway.
- Don't warn of no uvd file if Master was from Base Game (assume it is created this way - thanks Bethesda!).
- Don't Error if Reference has wrong Home Cell (in mods broken by old FO4Edit V4.0 bug) but listed under correct Cell. Just warn and ignore it (like the game does).
- Fix Rebuild 'Ignore Existing' trying to add missing RVIS to Base Game Cells via an ITM override (unless we tell it not to ignore Base Game)
- Better detection of whether an empty (rather than blank) XCRI field needs to be added to an override.

Version 4.3
- Allow for PRP-Compat-* mods that include non-PRP Cells (would incorrectly report these Cells as having Errors)
- Make sure Seed file does not already exist (unless it is xPrevisPatch.esp - in which case we will overwrite it)
- Don't report missing uvd file for Interiors/Clusters that don't need it as they have no XCRI/XPRI (even if VISI set)
- Assume all SCOLs are precombineable
- Support Precombining of Persistent Refs in interior Cells (as the CK does)
- Make sure the Seed's master list contains the plugin of EVERY overriding Land/reference in the cell being precombined.
- Fix "Only process New (Plugin added) Worldspaces/Interiors" as sometimes still checks Game/DLC Cells.
- Add this option as it's own button on Standard options page.
- Fix "Rebuild all Precombines for a plugin (Ignore existing Previs)" as it sometimes did not force rebuild of Cells with good Previsbines.
- Replace Option 6 with version of above that "Includes Adjacent Clusters".
- V1.3 of FO4FindNewPCStatics.pas - Support persistent refs as being precombineable (like CK). Allow for a mod overriding Game meshes so making them 'suspect'.
- V1.4 of FO4FindNewPCStatics.pas - Add deep scan if you have already excluded everything.

- Improved check for 'un-Precombinable' REFR's, now includes check of Static's Model (to detect un-precombineable Meshes).
- Update test, for mods that disables precombines, to exclude refs added to cells by other mods (as they can't cause disabled Precombines).

- Add threshold on how many unprecombined references required before cell rebuild triggered (Default 5), also place to set it in GUI and Command line.

- Swap first 2 Fix options, with new descriptions. Add bFixPrevisOnly (to prune what 2nd option does). First option now does a FULL fix.

- Change Interactive Options Menu to be more task based.

Version 3.7
- Clear XCRI on seed Cells that will get new Precombines (because if no precombines generated then this field is left unchanged by CK - causing issues)
- Clear XPRI on seed Cells that will get new Previs (because if no XPRI generated then this field is left unchanged by CK - causing possible invisible objects)
- No longer generate an error if Precombineable Cell in Seed has no references (so can't regenerate precombines) as above should give it no XCRI.
- Fixed "Only Build new (Master) Worldspace/Interior Cells" option to handle Master Cells with overrides.
- Ignore references not in the correct cell when building seed.
- "Display Errors only" prevented Region/MHDT/EditorID fixes from happening - this is now fixed.
- Make "Create Previs for new mod added Content" work with non-base game cells that have never had precombines (i.e. new WorldSpace mods)
- Add "Verify all Plugins" option -. ignores what you selected and scans all the mods you loaded into FO4Edit
- Add Advanced Option "Dont check for Model override on References" (ignore changes to meshes on precombined statics)
- Move "Include All Cells effected by CK Previs pass" to main menu and rename as "Rebuild Previs on Adjacent Clusters".
- V1.7 of GeneratePrevisibines.bat is now restartable from any (failed) phase.
