I`m 70% complete with the arx-200 just having some difficulties that aren`t too big but a little bit of an issue.

Finally once all that is complete I will start updating the Scorpion because I learned a few tricks that I need to apply to the Scorpion and figure out a way to bring the S1 back.
Please do not comment about animations, if you read the description like your supposed to do any mod you download you'll know that it states they are not complete. I respect criticism completely, and I respect opinions as I've been told by a mod user to take brighter photos, I took their advice and did that because their right, everyone opinions matter to me but stupidity I cannot and will not accept. If anyone wants it, there is a patch available that makes the Scorpion take 9mm rounds instead of 10mm, which to me is an awesome thing to do. I will leave their link here:

PROBLEM: The magazine is only visible while reloading. If using or carrying in 1st or 3rd person view, the magazine disappears. Any ideas? I want to keep this.

But if don't mind me asking, how did you get it in real life? I`ve been searching for the longest to try and find one but no luck, all I can find are the usuals, aks, and m4s, thats amazing to me. I`m a little jealous too lol.
You can buy one in America. CZ USA has a manufacturing company in the US. Some local gun shops have them but i ordered my CZ (along with a suppressor, grip and holosun red dot, and more stuff) through the US Post Exchange. Being military has it's perks, and overall its just a fun and practical 9mm SBR (it's a SBR because of the buttstock, damn gun rules) that's fun too shoot and very accurate under 200 meter range. Sorry for the super late response, i've been out training. now i'm working normal days.
I got mine pre covid, they kind of went up in price and down in availability since then but they're coming back around. Any gun store should be able to order you one that you can pay for when it arrives. you'll do the 4473 (background check paper, only takes about 3 min) and then you'll have it. They come in 3 versions, the Micro with a 4" barrel and the standard evo (like the default one in your mod) with a 7 3/4" or a 16" rifle version. Anything with a barrel less then 16" must either be a "pistol" and use a pistol brace instead of a stock (which feel kinda lame) or you have to pay a $200 tax stamp for permission from the ATF to put a stock on your own gun and make it an SBR (short barreled rifle). They cost about $950-$1200 generally.
hoping things are coming along with this mod i know the 3rd person animations were my probs but i still hold out for this gun. hopefully ill wield the Eco carbine build one day. but either way hope all is well in your projects but more importantly things outside too. till thin i show off this gun to all my settlers one day to use it.
hi xNEMESXS, I like this gun (as in the look) and wanted to try it out, but it seems like there's a possible conflict for animations (NO this is NOT a no animations complaint). When I install this, all my characters and companions become T pose (not while holding the gun but holding the AR-57 which requires the Tull Framework), and no one can move or shoot or do anything, and I cannot bring up the pipboy either.
Is it possible that the animation conflicts with something? The only thing I can think of is Tull, sideaim or 3rd person animations not sure.
EDIT: doesn't matter which weapon I hold, the moment I load in with the CZ mod added, they instantly do all the things above, I can use my mouse to turn around though but that's about it.
EDIT 2: NVM it is because no 3rd person animations me dumb, anyways found a workaround for now, love it!
I will try to continue my BA2 compressions because they worked better than my loose files. Other modders may use loose files and it prevents issues but my BA2 compressions have been giving me a problem and apparently a couple of other users. What happens is the sound is muffled and instead you hear the reverb instead of the actual gunshot but my older BA2s work fine. I have to see if in the update I can fix this or figure out something so nothing conflicts. Glad to see you fixed this because that would have been the only solution would be for me to BA2 everything.
No there's a lot I want to add but I have to learn the skills to do them like I want to add missions as one user suggested. I have several weapon mods that have those and they are actually fun, they add more to the game. I`m going to be a while before the next update because this one is going to be big and will have completed animations and several other additions but I will at some point definitely learn to do these things, I just want to handle the essential problems first.
It's a pretty good start, but I think the model could deserve more finishing work on both the geometry and textures. There is some seams really visible and some hard edges that could be smooths out.
Oh yeah definitely, that's why I put it in BETA, I noticed it needs work and its animations completely done but I`m currently working on both, once both are done I`ll start the weapon I`ve started work on.
I am proud to announce that I am working on the Beretta ARX-200. Don`t get me wrong, I am still going to update the Scorpion as much as possible and work hours to find a solution to my animating problems so I`m multi-tasking though I think I have finally figured it out. I won`t abandon any of my creations. So get prepared to use the Beretta ARX-200 in Fallout because it's coming!!!!! After the Beretta ARX-200, I will begin to work on the Remington R4 (R4-C) then afterward I will take requests. So get your ideas together and let me know what should be made. The most popular request will get made. I will continue to accept requests up until I retire from modding which I don`t intend to do unless I have to so I will be here a very long time!!!! Finally happy to see the CZ and I have been keeping up with the updates and have the current 8.5 or the one released 4/9/23 and I'm aware of the Animation hardships you mentioned in the description. My only question: Is one of the problems of the animations in 3rd person? when I hold it in first its seems just fine and works great how ever in third when I hold it and ADS with the CZ is Vertical. the gun only holds strait when I fire the goes right back up. I have screen shots if my explanation doesn't help.
Yeah even with not finished animations it’s shouldn’t cause that, the max that should happen is the character may hold it weird in third and if you have a grip, the character in either point of view won’t hold it right. Do you have a screen shot so I can see. You may have a new issue I have to fix. I hope my new update didn’t break anything.
i ran with it for a few hours (in game time) or like red rocket sanctuary to Covenant just to see if it would pop back into place. it operates like normal shooting reloading and such all while being at this funny angle. now its just i don't know what in my load order would possibly cause it to do such a thing
That’s weird, I’ve had that happen to me but that was in the early stages of modding and that’s because I bothered something and it caused that. I can’t remember because it was so long ago, I may have to do some digging in my files and see if I can mimic that, as far as I remember though it wasn’t animations or you’d either can’t reload at all or something bizarre would happen. Try basic troubleshooting, uninstall and reinstall, something may have been messed up during the install. If that doesn’t fix that then I will definitely hunt for a solution to that problem.
ok only mods i would throw in that may be a bit of a problem is Tactical reload. as far as trouble shooting i turned off a few mods i think may interfere with its animation but apart from uninstalling every thing an leaving just the CZ i have nothing else i can think of trying. ill keep an eye on it and see what i can do. i did manual and the NMM way of downloading it an both have the same results. sorry to add one more fix. Apart from all this im rootin for this mod as well as endorsed it too. Keep up the great work.
Thank you so much, yeah that’s definitely something that needs to be fixed, and no problem, mods usually have some sort of hiccup so it’s not a problem. I’m going to do some digging when I wake up. I will definitely let you know what’s going on hopefully if I can mimic that.
So I think I may have come up with a solution, I may have to do what I did before and make one file BA2 and the other loose files. It may fix that, the reason I couldn’t do that this time is because of the problems it gave me this time around when it came to BA2 my files completely. I should have those two files uploaded today.
okie dokie thanks for putting in the time too if it does it again ill for sure break down what mods it might be. cause at that point it may be my load order/list.
I am so sorry, but I wasn`t able to replicate that problem, and on top of that the BA2 files I usually create are causing issues with the game and I`m not sure why, the firing sound cuts off and the reverb continues playing in the background even when you stop firing. I can offer this one solution which may only be an issue for me but not for you, if you contact me via DM, I can provide you with the 8.5 BA2 that was supposed to be uploaded but wasn`t because of this issue. Again it's not guaranteed to work but it may work for you.
Okay ill give it a shot. I sent the DM for you. an no worries im still looking into it too. If i may ask did you use vanilla animations for third person i may try lookin if i have mods that specifically change 3rd person stuff there too.
Yes I did, I used the Combat Shotguns animations temporarily until I can make my own animations. I think I`m close to a solution when it comes to animating so the scorpion soon should have its own animations instead of vanilla animations.
