You can tweak Brightness/Saturation/Contrast in one holotape. Holotapes are automatically added to your inventory or can be crafted in the "Utility" category at the chemistry station. 100% compatible, probably 0% performance hit, but if you click brightness 100 times and burn the monitor, it's your fault. I didn't include features like interior/exterior only or day/night only, it should be possible but I wouldn't do that on this mod.You can basically change it freely without any limits, but brightness and saturation have lower limits.
