This sounds like is has potential but there are a lot of negative comments with no response from the creator. It doesn't sound like this will function correctly.
No location marker means no supply lines. Tracking....JUst a bit of tweaking and you got this spidermight. Don't give up! I'd help if I knew how. Godspeed bro!

Can't scrap anything, either by normal scrap or by console scrap (disable, markfordelete).Since I can't cleanup, I can't (really) build anything. Floors will not allow anything to be placed on them.No green perimeter to show settlement boundary....I had to insert posts in the ground to mark the area's boundaries. It shows some settlers, but ZERO show up when in workshop mode.With all these setbacks, I don't think any [new] settlers will show up.Probably needs more work. Hi,interesting and I notice you are more or less alone out there in making new locations, so far (thanks to the lack of a geck). But in my humble opinion, the last thing F4 needs are more settlements to care for, or friendlies that come running to you for help. How about making a place that is not a potential ally, or at least one which one has to conquer (compatible with a playstyle that isn't saintly).
You might want to talk to the person who made the Institute Bunker mod. They figured out how to add the map location, so you can fast travel and the like. I like the settlements, but I really can't wait for the GECK so that people can actually do more without trying to rescript the game from scratch.
