Fallout 4 mod: Gilberts Settlement v1.00
Gilberts settlement is a new town that needs help to survive.
Gilberts settlement is small right now but with your help it can be a big vibrant community.
Main Features:
Adds a new settlement you can built at with a new workshop found there !!
added some npcs to start off with at the town.
added the leader "Justin Gilbert" to the town.
Houses added.
Check pic and video for the towns location.
