PHASR Energy Weapon by primnull
Based on the conceptual weapon called the PHASR, as per request from a commentor.
No means of reloading the weapon are known... up to the modder to devise one.

Update: jsnider193 is has gotten this weapon in-game and functional with his mod JMS Weapons. Check out his brilliant mod.
This is a MODDERS RESOURCE and not an actual mod; it is simply a 3d model file.
Formats included: Maya, Object. Can be opened in most 3d programs, ie 3dsmax, Maya, Blender, etc. NIF conversion is possible
