This is a normalised version of Horrorghouls Soundpack - by Failip
What does this mod change compared to the normal Horrorghouls Soundpack?
When using any reverb mod that blows all the sounds out it can have a nasty effect of distorting or dampening other sounds, as they have been created too loud.
Though the original pack has a good range of dynamics some of the attack screams and footsteps were much too loud and would get a bit earbleedy compared to the other sounds in game.
What I've done is go through all the audio files and normalised them all to reduce the overall volume. Dynamics are kept but the loudest parts of those files will never exceed a certain peak meaning you get a nice balanced sound.
If the ghoul is in your face it will be loud but wont hurt your ears. etc etc

This was developed in VR with my Realistic Reverb & Ambience Overhaul mod so plays nicely with that.
But i imagine outside of the reverb and ambience mods this will work across first person, third person and VR.

Installation
Can use any mod manager just import the mod
If you want to install manually drop the .esl and sounds folder into Data folder.
