The following diagram and plan views illustrate the electrical distribution system for City 200 version 1.0.0. I am not expecting any problems with the electrical system but, as mentioned in the mod description, level 0 is mostly unpowered, so a quick review should give you the confidence to know if your plan installed correctly.

Notes / Recommended Development:
As I am not recommending the SS2 Change Plot option for this plan (for now), the following notes should help guide you toward a very successful settlement.
Change to Advanced/Hi-Tech defense (L1/L2)
Change to Advanced/Hi-Tech Farm (L1/L2)
Change to Advanced/Hi-Tech defense (L2/L3)
Convert upper floor industrials to commercial/municipal and upgrade to Advanced Power and Water (L3).
