Notes / Recommended Development:
As I am not recommending the SS2 Change Plot option for this plan (for now), the following notes should help guide you toward a very successful settlement.
- Change to Advanced/Hi-Tech defense (L1/L2)
- Change to Advanced/Hi-Tech Farm (L1/L2)
- Change to Advanced/Hi-Tech defense (L2/L3)
- Convert upper floor industrials to commercial/municipal and upgrade to Advanced Power and Water (L3).
- Change the 3 training plots to suit your needs, play-style, and SS2 difficulty settings (L1/L2/L3)
- Convert to municipal/sanitation plot (L2/L3)
