The announcement system speakers should now be replaced by workshop-buildable variants, which can be controlled via "Library Speaker Controls", next time workshop mode is started. Because, for some reason, playing radio out of the static speakers seems to stop working sometimes.

Fixed the bug where replacement workshop turrets will disappear if you claim the workshop and leave the area. This can't be fixed fixed retroactively. If you claimed the workshop before version 1.1.4 and still have a save in the cell after that, grab each turret in workshop mode and place them down, that should make them stick.
Made all 5 ObjectReferences outside of the library persistent. This way, the cell override could be removed entirely. Turns out, partial-flagging exterior cells is unreliable...
Fixed another gap in the floor somewhere

Fixed the robots not actually being settlers, despite counting as population. Next time you enter workshop mode at the Library, the population should drop by 5, then increase by one 5 times. If you see that happening, that means it's working.
Fixed gaps in the stairs leading to the main entrance, misalignment of the railings, and some z-fighting in a few places.
