Really wanted this, but it has purple trees all over. I'm going to have to risk uninstalling mid-play. I'm not using PRP or any mods that would affect it. Not even using any of the cleanup or placement mods.
I really liked the way this looked. However, I don't think it plays well with the This is TrashScrapping mod. I was getting purple trees near the brewery and the Driveway and some plants in the settlement were flickering in and out of existence. When I disabled this mod, the purple trees and flickering stopped. Sadly, I need the scrapping mod more to build up my empire. Fingers crossed for the other mods of yours I have downloaded.
I'm glad I wanted to check back here and read your post. I have exactly the same problem. I was so annoyed that I couldn't find the problem for hours. Thank you so much!! And too bad I have to remove this beautiful mod.
Nice style! But with my minimal rig already needing lots of optimisation & low settings, I stick to mods which don't break precombines (or at least rebuilds them back to vanilla). However, I think I'll emulate some of your design ideas into my next playthru's construction. And just wanted to note the name Oberland doesn't really need much linking via "Oberhalb des Landes" as Oberland itself literally means over-land (albeit contextually means highland). Btw, Oberländer is a surname meaning, essentially, a highlander. Anyway, cheers.
After 20,000 hours of cheating - I started using trading & supply lines, and found a strategic need for this settlement - which I've always found rather sad. This is a very usable, elegant and well thought out layout (the bridge between the stove area and toilet is great!). Thank you for sharing and hope to see more.
Maybe after another 10,000 hours I might look at Sim Settlements :-)

Edit: I see you're adding precombines to several of your mods. Are they compatible with PRP....? :O

Edit: there ARE more! Ok Saturday's busted!
I consider patching Murkwater up a little bit as well, but that won't happen until I did some tesing on the newest version of my NRTea mod.
