    Does this mod replace the .45, 10mm, and .38 receivers from the original or just add a 5.7mm version?

      It replaces the .45 receiver. The .38 and 10mm should still be available.

      However, there is now a munitions patch for both the p90 and the Five-Seven, so if you're running munitions for anything else, I'd recommend that instead
