- Fixed an issue in the installer when picking Start Me Up without You Are SPECIAL, and getting an unnecessary patch installed.

- Fixed certain perks and traits that still referenced YAS skills.
- Added support for VAFS. and Real Throwing Weapons.
- Changed the installer to be more intuitive, hopefully.
- Added Cowboy Perk.
