Have you ever thought synths were too squishy and barely put up a fight? Don't answer because I can't hear you, but I have. I thought the synth relay grenades didn't get nearly as much use as they should have and gave them to a few of the synth classes for better fights.
Note that none of them (should) have infinite grenades. If they do then you're kinda fucked lol
The only synths that gain these are the ones with suffixes in their name. Non-legendaries only.
Patroller, Seeker, and Trooper synths get 1 summon.
Assaulter and Stormer get 3.
Eradicator gets a whole 5. These grenades only ever spawn a basic, no suffix, unarmored synth, so it shouldn't be too much of a problem, but only an added layer to the battles.
