A very simple mod, that reworks how food healing works so that eating 12 steaks in the middle of a firefight doesn't heal you faster than a stimpak

Changelogs
In the vanilla game, food healing stacks. In combat, you can go stuff your face with 10 steaks, and get all 10 healing buffs, refilling your HP super quick. That always seemed wrong to me, so I finally figured out how to fix it.

With this mod, it doesn't matter how much food you eat. Your HP will still tick back up at a slow, steady rate.

Because this no longer directly affects health, you will no longer see as a percent of your health bar how much an item will heal. This is a a UI thing, that I am not able to change.

How it works
The food healing magic effect has been redirected, instead of healing your HP, it now fills a buffer.
When the mod starts, a spell is added to the player, that will slowly convert that buffer into health.

Compatibility
This should be compatible with pretty much everything. Only a single vanilla record is touched.

Versions of the Mod
Because the conversion of food buffer to health is now controlled by a single spell, users and mod authors wanting to tweak or customize just need to modify the magnitude or conditions of the magic effects on that spell, which can be quickly and easily done in xedit. Add other conditions, change the ratios or speed, all in a single place.

Base version : converts 1 point of food, to 1 HP per second, doesnt work in combat

Updating the Mod
In order to update the mod or change between versions, you have to reapply the spell using console commands (because spell properties are set when it's cast, and cannot be updated, the spell has to be removed and recast with new properties). I've tried to script this, but have never been able to get it to work, so just run the following console commands if you want to update the mod, or play with the healing values in xedit.

Survival
The mod doesn't touch or interact with the survival hunger system.

Wishlist
I'd love to have a widget or something that displays what the status of the buffer is. I do not know how to make this
