Mod works fine. Keep in mind this from the change log: "Recipes now check for the Munitions global injected value per ammo type, meaning the only ammo types types that will show up at the ammo workbench are the ones you're actually using."
This mod doesn't include crafting recipes for vanilla ammo types. If you're referring to Munitions ammo types, this mod will only show crafting recipes in your game for ammo types that you're actually using. For example, if you're only playing with 3 types of Munitions ammo, then only 3 types of Munitions ammo crafting recipes will show up. I do this as it doesn't make sense to clutter up your crafting recipes with ammo types your game doesn't use.
I am missing the 5.7 ammo type despite having verified it is injected via the holotape, and having weapons that use it as their base ammo. I tried moving the mod to the very bottom of my plugin to see if that would resolve, but no luck. If it matters, this mod was also already installed before I created the character I am having the issue with. I am able to craft the other ammo types. Any recommendation on why only this ammo type would be hidden?
Leaving this here for anyone else who may have the same issue. The problem is that 5.7mm and .455 caliber were added later and the mod author just hasn't got around to adding it yet. Author mentioned in previous comment that they are aware, but haven't had time do add it yet. Otherwise, thanks for the mod!
so Ive spent over two hours trying to figure out why this doesn't work at all for me. it only shows .32 and 5.7 ammo in the bench (neither of which are injected in my save) but both options don't actually craft the ammo it crafts "small primers" or "rifle primers" like reloading supplies. any clue whats going on? the only other mod i have that uses Standalone Workbenches is shipments expanded so unless that mod adds weird things to the ammo workbench i have no clue why your mod refuses to work. EDIT: i figured it out
apparently some other mod i use also adds an identical ammo bench. you have to make sure its the Standalone Workbench ammo bench or it shows a screwed up menu.
My mod doesn't offer primers. You either have a conflicting mod, or you aren't using any mods that use Munitions ammo. My mod will only show ammo crafting recipes for ammo that has actually been injected into your game by weapons that use them.
DeathByPewPew, I would like to ask for your permission to post an XBox ported version of this mod to the BethNet servers. I have already ported it over and uploaded it. You can check it out at the following link...
If you do not wish it posted to BethNet for use with XBox, let me know and I'll unpublish it.
Thanks for creating this mod! I'm currently using it for my Fallout 4 playthrough on PC, but I use a similar Fallout 4 collection of mods for my XBox Series X, minus any PC mods that need FO4SE and similar mods. I would like to share your awesome mod for other XBox users who use the Munitions mod with the Standalone Workbenches mod, like myself.
What weapon mod are you using that needs 5.7mm? I did a basic search for Nexus weapon mods that might use 5.7mm ammo and found one that adds an FN P90 bullpup rifle. Is this the weapon you need 5.7mm ammo for?
Also, is your character at least level 17 or higher? A consideration is that the Munitions mod description page shows that 5.7mm ammo will start becoming available at level 17.
Another thing to consider is that, from my understanding, this mod just makes the Munitions ammo available for crafting once the Munitions mod itself makes an ammo type available and a weapon mod is being used that needs that particular Munitions ammo type. If a particular weapon mod is not written to work with the Munitions mod, so a particular ammo is added to the game, that ammo type will not appear.
On the Munitions mod page, this is explained as follows...
"If you are interested in creating patches for or using Munitions in your mod, please see this article for a step-by-step guide to correctly patch any mod to work with Munitions."

@MarcusArabela, I'll allow it this time, but in the future, please make sure to get permission before posting a console port. If you read the Permissions section of my patch, porting to consoles is not permitted.
In regards to crafting, any given ammo type will not show up in the ammo workbench unless you have a weapon that specifically uses them. The crafting recipes check an internal variable to see if the ammo type has been injected into the game by a weapon mod--if not, then the recipe will be hidden, as there is no point in crafting an ammo not used by your game.
Darn, I missed that totally. I appreciate your allowing my indiscretion/mistake. I really enjoy using this mod and definitely do not wish to go against your wishes. I'll do as you wish. I'll do as you wish concerning my port of the mod to BethNet.
Concerning the crafting, that is what I thought and I think is missed or not readily known by others. I feel that is what the issue with the 5.7mm ammo for the user who mentioned having not seen it in-game.
This mod will only show recipes for ammo types that are actively injected into your game by mods that use them. It will hide/ignore everything else as there is no point in crafting ammo that no weapon in your game uses. So for example, even though Munitions may have over 30 types of ammo, if you have installed only 1 gun mod that uses 1 type of ammo, then you're only going to see 1 type of craftable ammo.
He DeathByPewPew, been using the light weight Edmond's Professional Ammo Crafting PAC mod that has it's own workbench but doesn't support Munitions. Would you be OK if I use the ammo receipts from your patch to include them into a patch for PAC to add basic Munitions support?
Sure that's fine my permissions are open, but per the Credits section here my inspiration for the ammo crafting recipes came from LXYDuckboy and their Crafting Mastery mod.
