Initial release. Broken MCM, but it is not required nor do you need MCM installed. Uses an ESL-flagged esp.

Fixes the MCM hotkey. MCM is now an optional dependency that allows you to set a key to enable and disable the mod.
The esp was recreated as an esl. The previous file was also an ESL flagged esp.
