Reverted back to version 1.2.2 with the navmeshes being fixed and the lonely plank next to the toilet being linked to the wall so it will be deleted automatically when the small shack wall is scrapped.

Edited the navmeshes to patch up some holes in the landscape and added the necessary precuts for scrappable objects. AI navigation should improve now.
Changed some scrappable objects into their new indeginous versions to reduce conflicts with other mods and actually make them scrappable (some old meshes refused to be scrapped for some reason)
