    Would you consider making an option without the added VATS accuracy or cost for "vanilla purists"? At the time of this comment, it's the only mod (I'm aware of) which fixes the Legendary effect spreading to other weapons.

    I'm aware FO4edit can be used to change this on the user end (I intend to do so). However, there are other users who may be unable or unwilling to do so. I'm not defending them - just want to give feedback and try to help make your mod accessible to as many users as possible.

    Why not just add conditions to the original effect that requires the gun to A. be equipped and B. player is using iron sights? That should dismiss the time effect instantly if you switch over or stop ads

      The effect already has a condition check for the player using iron sights ("GetInIronSights"). Adding a keyword check for "dlc03_HasLegendary_Weapon_IronSightsSlowTime [KYWD:0304F8D9]" to the Deadeye's ENCH form should suffice to stop the effect from triggering without having a weapon with that effect equipped.
