Two issues: 1. The 'heavy handle' is actually the same weight as the 'light handle' modification. 2. I feel like they spawn wayyy too often on raiders. Haven't seen a single tire iron spawn at all, and your other mod, Makeshift Melee Weapon Pack, hasn't had any spawns on raiders yet, even after level 8 (they are accessible on vendors tho and this may just be a fluke).
The Makeshift weapons spawn on every other supermutant in the Commonwealth. Serioisly, any group of them yields a couple. Mostly axes. Which fits for - let's face it - orks.
Gonna give this a try; never enough nonshit melee weapons around.
Damn, another great weapon pack for my Butcher Pete based character. Yet another reason why Pete keeps chopping that meat.
EDIT- I just upgraded it fully, and damn, this thing wrecks a pack pf ghouls. I love seeing this in the lvl lists because it gives the raiders some nice melee additions. This one is in my permanent load order.
