This is pure genius. I don't know how bethesda didn't think of having settlers pay you rent. You're providing them with a safe shelter, they could at least do this.
You are such a chad it is freaking unreal. You managed to rebalance the charisma stat across the entire length of a vanilla+ playthrough with probably around a couple lines of object tagged scripting.
I guess this is a shortcut to making a motel. What I'm really looking for is a new job for a settler: Motel Manager. Might work out well if this mod could be incorporated into it.
Lol had a similar idea, this would be fantastic incorporated into a full hotel mod. Something that passing traders/scavs/guards/provisioners would be attracted to use at night, maybe even with some new custom trader NPCs, assignable settler jobs, etc.
Could you please add a hotel station, so when an NPC is assigned, they will take money from you for you to sleep in one of these beds? They would be owned otherwise
