    Truly amazing what you can build with so few requirements, Mr. Gayle!

    If only it weren't a Transfer Settlement Blueprint/had HUD Framework as a requirement... 'cause the latter freezes my character/breaks my game occasionally.
    I'll eventually figure out what's causing the issue (most likely a mod conflict) and use everything required. It would be a crime to have access to such creations without using them. I'll save the mod until then I guess. Thanks for the share!

      Sorry you're experiencing mod conflicts, but you'll figure it out at some point. Although I did include a pattern.ini from the Clipboard Resurrection mod that doesn't include the requirements of Transfer Settlements and HUD Framework, so should work just fine (much quicker too).

      Just follow the directions for importing under 'Using the Clipboard Resurrection pattern file:' on the Description Tab :)

      Whoopsie, saw the reply too late, sorry!
      I totally skipped the installation part in the description without realizing there was an alternative method & thought HUD Framework would be required either way, my bad!
      I just gave the Clipboard Resurection method a try and it seems to be actually working without any issues so far; thank you so much!!! It looks way  better in-game than it does in the screenshots on here also!

      That's great. I'm glad it worked for you. I'm just finishing up another one on Spectacle Island that I was building at the same time as this. It should be up shortly, and it will also have a pattern.ini from Clipboard Resurrection. :)

      Yup! Thank you very much again!
      And wow, another one already? You're spoiling us rotten at this point! Spectacle Island is one of my favorite places to build. Looking forward to trying out another gem of yours!

    Holy ----! Another eye candy. I was almost certain it was yours or greekrage's as soon as I saw the thumbnail, but I thought you guys went inactive so I was like "it can't be!" haha. Only you could create such a masterpiece. Very glad to see you're still around! (Random admirer of yours here; from the fb groups and stuff.)
    Thank you very much for sharing!

      Thank You. I hadn't planned on posting this but figured why not. It's just the extra steps associated with posting to Nexus that become tedious. Also, these don't seem to be that popular, but I do appreciate the comments from those that enjoy them. :)

      Looks great John. I get tired of working on something after a month, let alone three. I just wanted to get this finished up. My other one is pretty much done too, just taking pictures now.

      I need to work on much smaller projects. These just take too long. I actually have a smaller project that's getting close too. :)

      Yeah ive never spent this much time on any other mod before but i got carried away with the workshop items and retextures..
      A week ago when i was ready to upload(had rar,pics,description all done)... I thought i would give it a full test and noticed that NPCs wouldnt sleep or use 2 specific cells that were in the sandbox... This was really weird because they were named cells that belonged to the original nakano location and all my data was built on the main location (close to 20 cells )...
      So a lot of re-dos of data had to be  tested over and over...and tried other setups with new location data but still nothing.
      I finally made a breakthrough last night when i decided to make the mod into TWO settlements . One is the nakano residence  and second is the light house and homes...  and it worked.
      Maybe it was the size.....
      Donr forget this is the Nakano part of the game thats actually a dlc  location and not in the actual commonwealth even though it looks like its part of the main map.
      For these locations to work they have to be set up with a fake map marker in the commonwealth cells that are linked to markers in the actual location.(another discovery i made while trying to figure out why settlers never came or data didnt show on the map markers in the earlier stages of the mod )..
      So here is my solution...that works 100%...

      Thanks for the replies!

      @gayles
      Oh, well... I suppose the size of these creations can be intimidating to some with older rigs, heh. And, to be perfectly honest, your screenshots don't exactly do your work justice either. Nexus users always seem to go for the mods whose screenshots look fancy/sharp (due of visual mods like ENB)  while ignoring the details and not understanding/appreciating the level of detail/quality of mods like yours.

      I normally check the FB groups for the stuff you guys make but my account is (temporarily?) locked 'cause my silly ass attempted to log in while using a VPN and FB thought I'm tryna hack into it... it's been over a month, almost two. I'm aboutta register a new account and rejoin the groups I think.

      @greekrage
      3 months? Ouch... I already feel guilty just thinking about downloading for free something you spent so much time/effort on. I lose my patience within the first week or two of building usually, tops.
      Either way, what you're working on looks great already, and the double settlement idea is very interesting; can't wait!

      Makari na perisseue kai kati na ekana kai kanena donation as a small thanks, alla dystyxws den... :/ Eseis oi 2 me tetoio talento to a3izete pragmatika oso kanenas allos sto site auto.
