This patch doesn't work for me. I completed the main quest of PL before installing the patch. I even travelled to PL with Nadine as a captain of the steamboat. But there is no PL as destination points in navigation map. Moreover, it says that extensions are not installed...
P.S.: After reinstallation I finally saw the notification "Sailboat destination update'.
Pilgrim's Landing prob safe enough, but could other locations be troublesome if FO4's Point Lookout is a faithful recreation of FO3's plot?

Repeated smuggler attacks after certain FO3 quests done, certainly at relief post and lighthouse - but your Calvert beach spot might be safe. And, iirc, attacks can happen at FO3's Pilgrim's Landing too but only seems triggered when you get to the landward end of the pier.
