Patch for Sailboat Abode to travel to 5 predifined destinations at the Point Lookout coast (Pilgrim's Landing, Calvert Mansion Beach, Point Lookout Lighthouse, Disaster Relief Outpost, Coastal Grotto).
Mod requires Sailboat Abode (version 1.2 or later) and a stable Point Lookout installation.

XDI.esm (Extended Dialogue Interface)
CWPointLookoutFO4.esm
CWPointLookoutFO4Patch.esl
Language strings / patch (depending to your game installation)
mrp_PointLookoutOrderFix-DunwichBorers.esp (perhaps)

SailboatAbode_PtLookoutPatch.esp
Please make sure Point Lookout is working fine, before adding this patch to your loadorder.
Start your game, load a save and give it a few minutes to update the destinations.
To visit Point Lookout for the first time take the Steamboat. Also, you should have at least started the quest given from Tobar (the captain of the Steamboat) when you arrive at Point Lookout. Thereafter, you could travel back and use the Sailboat.
