Compatibility Update for anyone having problems with mod interaction at Sanctuary Hills: turns the Journal into a temporary reference again, and redirects the Player Name Alias Quest to center on a different note (currently an empty note near Vault111 that just says "text" which will be turned into a proper note with the next full update).
If you aren't having compatibility issues, you do not need to install this fix now; it will be included in the next full update for everyone.
