With prev navmesh update missed that some objects, most notably the mutfruit crop area, still had a little bit of trouble pathing. Updated, removing unnecessary WorkshopItemKeyword for objects that didn't need it.

Full rebuild of navmesh, there was also an issue with objects getting workshopItemKeyword that would disrupt pathing, removed it from some.
Elm Tree can now be scrapped. As can Farm Plot or the crop area land piece with the plow furrows.
