Probably required. Load this before the flicker fix.

Slightly offsets the four marshscum objects in Swan's Pond because for some reason they are all at exactly the same z-height, and exactly the height of the water level, causing a ton of Z-fighting. I have no idea what this will break, but there are 400 mods in my load order and it's not breaking anything. Plugin is an ESL so it shouldn't eat a load order slot. Will not fix flicker in any other area, this is just a real basic fix. I'm uploading it here so I can more easily send it to someone else.
Turn this z-fighty migraine mess:
Into this beautiful stinky mud puddel:
INSTALLATION NOTES: Put it low I guess in your load order (but it probably doesn't matter unless you have other plugins specifically editing swan's pond)
COMPATIBILITY: Everything. Doesn't break PRP combines (at least, I don't think so? Let me know if it does.)
