Could the Vault-Tec leave dwellers without a branded drink better then Nuka-Cola? Of course not.

The Soda Energy is a drink that every vault dweller can craft in a chemistry lab.
Originally introduced as an experiment, stronger but very addictive, only two for each person of the staff, overseer included. Could them replicate it?
Apparently they could replicate and also remove the addiction, giving less improvements.
