About this mod
I'm no computer wiz so don't expect any miraculous restoration. I did what I could with the mods I have installed to make this build possible. Hope you all can enjoy it!

Like I said, I'm no wiz bang computer god so I did what I could to make this run down seaside mansion usable for human habitation. You only need to do the wiring yourself with the placed conduits I already included in the blueprint data.
Feel free to add/change/expand this build however you see fit. I built this place like it is with that intention in mind.
Not to mention that it will save me A LOT of time when I start over with a new character.
