There's at least one other mod like this out there that also adds extra loot to the Glowing Sea but I wasn't really interested in that side of things. However, I did want the Glowing Sea's radiation to be a bit more dire. I saw someone make it through with rad-x and I thought "that's just not right", so I decided to increase the radiation. If you're not aware, radstorms give an invisible disease to the player that checks if they're in the Glowing Sea. If they are, then there's a constant tick of 6 rads/second, and if you aren't then there's nothing. This .esp increases that tick from 6 to 30 rads/second. I might adjust the numbers later on, but so far I'm happy with 30. In Fallout 76, nuke zones have a constant 60 rads/second going on, so I didn't really want to exceed that number.
This mod should be compatible with weather mods, since all I did was edit the diseases rather than the weather themselves. I recommend pairing this with Glowing Sea Glowing Critters.
