This is such an excellent idea for a mod. I imagine that there are alot of people out there who would like to build some settlements quickly. With no need to decorate every interior of every building. Just some background type aesthetics that offer the stats. Damn good idea. I wish there were other mods that did this sort of thing. I sincerely hope there is a chance that you might add some more here.
Ich finde dem Mod sehr gut. Es wird nur leider in der Vaulttec Konsole die Betten als nicht überdacht angezeigt.
Ich hätte gern noch ein paar seperate Türen, die ich zum Beispiel in Hangmans Alley an die bestehenden Häuser setzen kann. Somit könnte man die bestenden Häuser in die Siedlung mit einbeziehen.
This is pretty cool to fill in my sim settlements 2 stuff. kind of wish that these buildings would be used in the mod instead of being shells (I just want clean buildings for my settlers damn it).
know what you mean, saves having heavy scripts running on the house plots just so settlers build themselves shacks that are worse off than the dilapidated ruins next they're built next to.... 👀
Will there be more residential houses? I personally think that some houses either have too much or not enough "space" to accommodate 6 people but it's just a matter of "comfort" because I would like a single house that would only accommodate 1 or 2 people
I use FO4EDIT to change the values but it doesn't save when creating a new save
One nit to pick though. I would like it even more if I could go inside a) furniture to use would be pre built inside, or b) empty space that I could build in ,bed ro for exmaple containers to store gun/ammo/gear.
Love this! I found even the SIM mods to be too time consuming. This is a simple way to build up a settlement into a town without much headache or making it too scrap-built looking. I'd love to see more types of small buildings but this does the job for me.
are there any plans to release a mod with these buildings as shells (like you can walk around the inside, and the windows are cut out holes too) or is there a mod already like that?

Can't seem to find anything else like it on the nexus.
I like the idea so much that I'm pushed to put something together like it.
