So this mod seems like a perfect AIO solution to introduce some realism and meaning into settlers. But I can see that this mod requires EAC, which instead of introducing realism, introduces a lot of custom armours. My aim is only to make settlers better, not introduce even more equipment to be lost in - can I install it with all the required mods apart from EAC? Would it create issues? Thanks in advance!

Wouldn't load if EAC is not installed I'm afraid.

Would it work with Height Variety?

Probably. This mod already come with height variety though, so I'd load it after that one.

Getting some invisible settlers with this mod. They reappear if I use xedit to add the Is CharGen Face Preset flag to the entries. (Using X-cell).

Invisible or headless? You might need the FaceGen files.

100% invis, body and all. Made a script that auto-added CharGen Face Preset flag and placed it with my late load patches and all seems to work. Just weird this happened. Tested so many combinations and once this mod was disabled the NPC was visible. Strange because my previous build this mod never did that, although unsure if I was using an older version. Regardless, seems fixed ... least at current.

Maybe some odd mod conflict. I use x-cell as well no issue.
Did you try the FaceGen files to see if that helped?

EDIT: FaceGen files resolved the issue so my own patch wasn't needed. So odd considering the entire NPC vanished and not just the head; so didn't even consider the FaceGen files. (grumbles something about Fallout 4 NG) ... VEFS I guess didn't generate the faces for this mod when I ran it; been having issues with it completing 100%.

Had you just mentioned it in a comment rather right away I'd been able to tell you I just updated all the links to the correct mod. xD Seems I did miss the one in the file description, but fixed that after.

Why are there so many mods i need to download for just this one mod? isnt this mod supposed to be all of them in one? this is just supposed to change how npcs look and different names, its to complicated and to much for so little. i have to download 7 mods, and then most of those mods requires even more mods to function. like wth? why not have it more simple, im sure thats the reason this has way less downloads than what it should have. to complicated.

You need Real Names or Alias. So one or the other.

The point isn't to replace the mods it requires, the point is to make them work nicely together.

It just does the height part. So height is 0.95 to 1.05 for male and 0.9 to 1.0 for female, rather than 1.0. It doesn't affect bodyslide stuff.
