This have serious incompability with Rebuild Collection AIO :  https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/79618
if i put Rebuild previs esp below this, it will override some of the landscape and have some giant rock and dirt mound floating +clipping above the Guest house, even clipping into the lower floor and block path, also building flicker, cant seems to render unless you come very close to em,  if i put this mod flatten esp below that Rebuild mod, then i will sometime have pathing crash, may cause by the NPC or my companion (as show in the log, it also a known issue in Buffout 4 dictionary - BSPathbuilder ) BeachFlattenClearSpectacleV2.esp  shown in my crash log, so kinda obvious.
May need a small patch of some sort.

Everything seems to work fine, but i cant recruit settlers. The workshop says I have ownership. I use Liga and can't even assign my companions. Both settlers and companions can go to other settlements just not this one Again everything else seems fine. Any ideas or workarounds? Thanks

Having issues getting the flattened island plugin working. Just won't become flattened but it's most likely due to one of my mods.

Sorry to hear that you are having some trouble. The plugin does work. You MUST be certain that there are no other mods affecting Spectacle Island installed. They will definitely clash. Also because of the island based quest and the mirelurk triggers, the mod requires that you install it BEFORE visiting Spectacle Island. You don't have to start a new game, but you will need to load a save game that occurs before you go to the island.

Great work! The building is awesome. Did you build the structures purely with Snappy Housekit?

      Thanks.

No, not just Snappy Housekit, there are quite a few mods involved (too many unfortunately). See the Requirements list on the Description page.

I see. Which mod did you use for the white walls? I was trying to build something around the resort but can't seem to find matching assets. Thanks for the reply btw!

The white stucco walls are from Snappy HouseKit. Shell Kit, I think.

It's a great beach resort! Btw, you're missing Snappy HouseKit from the required files list.

    Great design, thanks very much!
I have noticed that my settlers tend to fly up into the air and drop down. Any thoughts on why this happens/how to remedy it?

It's a navmesh issue. The original island had a much higher elevation. So the idiot npc's somehow know about the original. It should settle down eventually or if you feel ambitious, you can navmesh the island.

I had hoped, this doesn't need any blueprint mod or something.
    Is that the case?

I'm not sure I know what you're asking. But, yeah it needs Transfer Settlements to import the blueprint. Then there are a number of mods required to import the items in the resort -- building materials, furniture, lighting, etc. It wouldn't be possible for me to make a BA2 that covered all the elements. Too many mods, and too many authors long gone to get permission, I'm afraid. And I sure don't have the skills of RayV12 (Rez) to build it from scratch.

@Humannature66 - Hi there, HN.  There is also a version here that uses an .esp (well, two actually, one for flattening the island and one for the actual resort) and this is the house version only (sans the extra buildings in the patio area) here.

I sent Rez a pm -- has to be about 2 months ago -- but no reply. So I guess he has moved on.
