Added FOLIP Synthesis Patcher rules.
Made Nuka World Tree House use 3D LOD at all levels, as it's just one tree, and I don't want the vanilla billboard to ever show (as it is incorrect).
Increased alpha threshold for some HD Billboards so they are not as thick.
Removed Ultra plugin. There really is no need for it, and I didn't want to make alternate rules for it.

Added TexGen Rules.
Modified all lod materials to support the "Use source alpha threshold" xLODGen setting that now is fixed.
Now supports all tree mods. Simply select the materials with the alpha threshold that works best with your installed mods. Well-known mods have smart detection to automatically select the recommended option.
Added HD Billboards. Do not install the billboards if using a tree mod that significantly alters the tree appearance.

Further optimized the blasted forest fungal trees.
Added new Zoo Tree House LOD models that use the correct textures for the tree (vanilla model simply uses the maple tree textures, which doesn't look anything like the actual tree, seeing as the maple trees have dead brown branches, and the zoo tree house has bright green leaves.

Optimized all textures for BC7 Quick instead of DXT1. This improves the structure and color of the branches much better than could be achieved with DXT1.

Added missing Blasted Forest Fungal Tree 3D LODs (big oversight by Bethesda). These trees are used over 200 times, and not even Billboards were provided...
Added missing Tree Cluster 3D LODs (yes, hundreds more trees Bethesda missed entirely).
