It's a Player-Home i build to myself in the Back Bay Penthouse settlement, that's a "player-home settlement" mod located in Dartmouth Professional Building's rooftop.. the house it's highly based in the buinding bellow so it matches the aestetics of the view, yet it has to be furnished, i leave it empty so you can choose what fits you better and cause it would require more mods in the requirements.. the floors and wall are all customizable you can easly remove or replace on top of it with carpets and wallpapers in the snappy-kit mod tab.. enjoy.
