Modifies stats of the clothing to match Lunar Fallout balance. Clothing is either a full outfit with railroad lining or underarmor without railroad lining.
There were 9 Quests running injector scripts for each new clothing item. I condensed that to 3 active quests on start injecting leveled lists.
