I like the idea of the laser musket, the issue is it doesn't really work like I'd want it too which is similar to the recharger rifle (there is a mod which attempts to do this but I had issues with it) so I figured get rid of it.
Various replacers exist on the Nexus but many do so by model swapping. This can cause many issues (some of which I encountered).
My replacer(s) work much more simply by changing the level lists, allowing for easy conflict resolution through changing load order to ensure this mod over writes and mod which changes LLs.
This mod should hopefully demonstrate the huge advantage this approach has, yes, multiple weapons replacing one weapon.
Makes an edit to Preston to ensure he doesn't have an OG laser musket.
Added custom ammo for light and lore (the Martini Henry's original chambering), should spawn in, art for it is unchanged (I think I used the .45-70 record). In addition fixed a bug with the rifle ejecting a round when firing, that's not how the Martini Henry works.
Included a patch for ECO to ensure the guns are made, I recommend ECO as its brilliant.
For this to work fully a new game is needed.
While it partially works without a new game, as all new laser muskets found will be one of these, all existing laser muskets remain untouched.
